When
last week we posted the Blog "What The SEC, Wall Street &
The Banks Didn't Want You To Know!", we were surprised at the
email and phone messages we received!
The
specifics of the messages focused on two topics:
1) That -- According
to Forbes
/ Investing March
11, 2015 Michael
Raneri-
Contributor Managing Director PwC [FinTechAdvisory] -- the SEC and
other regulations had changed in regard to Private Placement Offerings. Forbes went on to note "The rules of
private placements have changed, yet many issuers are still mainly
operating by the old playbook, leaving valuable options on the
table." "It's
been more than a year since the JOBS
Act created Rule
506(c) of SEC Regulation D,
allowing private placement issuers to use “general solicitation”
to raise money from qualified investors."
The respondents to the Blog were pleasantly surprised and looking forward to expanded investment opportunities - including the ExclusivePurchases.com Private Placement.
2) That so many people and companies had significant interest in The ExclusivePurchases.com Private Placement. In many cases we referred them to the BusinessPlan/Pitch Desk that outlines the Investment Opportunity. We suggested they take a close look at the "The Business Model" and "The Investment & Projections"!

Three parties shared a question that I found very interesting. They asked, why they would not invest in ExclusivePurchases.com's Private Placement? After some consideration I responded that I had isolated three basic reasons:
1) They could not afford the investment - the amount and/or the risk
2) They did not understand the potential value of ExclusivePurchases.com or the
Investment
Investment
3) They were not in the market for a quality investment with high potential returns!
